Assemble! is a fast-paced, team-building card game where players take on the role of a strategist assembling the ultimate team of heroes inspired by classic archetypes across fandom. From fearless leaders to brilliant tacticians, heavy hitters, and wildcards, each hero brings a distinct role to your team. The fun comes from combining these familiar archetypes in new and unexpected ways. On your turn, you’ll draft, play, and position cards to build your team while watching what your opponents are assembling. Each hero you add can unlock new abilities or enhance others, creating a web of interactions that grows as the game progresses. To win, you’ll need to assemble the most effective team by the end of the game. Whether that means maximizing powerful combinations, completing key archetype groupings, or outmaneuvering your opponents at the right moment, the player who builds the strongest team wins.

AEG was formed almost thirty years ago to publish Shadis magazine. In the mid-1990s AEG co-created Legend of the Five Rings . AEG has focused on board, card and dice games. We’ve created huge hits like Smash Up and Ready Set Bet , and recent innovative games like Mystic Lands, Dead Reckoning and many others! We are successful at crowdfunding, including huge campaigns for Thunderstone Quest, Edge of Darkness, and the Let’s Go line of products. We are especially proud of our relationship with Flatout Games, who created Point Salad , Propolis , Calico , Cascadia and several other titles which AEG publishes or co-publishes. AEG’s International Business Division works with partners around the world to create localized versions of our games, and with other publishers to deliver localized versions of their games too (including but not limited to Ada’s Dream from Alley Cat Games and Pirates of the High Teas from Pink Hawk Games). AEG is based in the United States and has a virtual workforce distributed all over the world. AEG staff work from Greece, Canada, the United Kingdom, and several US States.
