How do robots blow off steam after a long day making games? RACING! Into the machine is a tactical relay race for 2 to 5 players, where your goal is to upgrade your bots and be the first team to race through the machine and onto the leaderboard. Your circle-bots race forward tagging in hex-bots that race in reverse, all while being supported and saved by your bot pit crew. Featuring a twist on worker placement, racing, and optimization puzzles, Into the Machine will have you timing your actions and seizing your moment to pull off tricky combos and leapfrogging ahead! Will you get your bots a head start into the machine? Or will you improve your pit crew to build a top tier team? The choice is all yours! With a modular track and endless possibilities, Into the Machine is never a solved puzzle. It’s a game of gears, guts, and gambits!
AEG
AEG was formed almost thirty years ago to publish Shadis magazine. In the mid-1990s AEG co-created Legend of the Five Rings . AEG has focused on board, card and dice games. We’ve created huge hits like Smash Up and Ready Set Bet , and recent innovative games like Mystic Lands, Dead Reckoning and many others! We are successful at crowdfunding, including huge campaigns for Thunderstone Quest, Edge of Darkness, and the Let’s Go line of products. We are especially proud of our relationship with Flatout Games, who created Point Salad , Propolis , Calico , Cascadia and several other titles which AEG publishes or co-publishes. AEG’s International Business Division works with partners around the world to create localized versions of our games, and with other publishers to deliver localized versions of their games too (including but not limited to Ada’s Dream from Alley Cat Games and Pirates of the High Teas from Pink Hawk Games). AEG is based in the United States and has a virtual workforce distributed all over the world. AEG staff work from Greece, Canada, the United Kingdom, and several US States. Our company is firmly committed to supporting a diverse workplace and a diverse community of gamers. We celebrate people of all genders and identities, all races, cultures and creeds.
