It's a tile-laying game where you place plants and animals in the right habitats based on color. Certain creatures give resources in the food chain, while others need resources from neighboring creatures. Only when the criteria are met does the animal (plants don’t score points, but they’re still important) count as established and earns points. Oh, and you’ve got to survive an event deck that tries to wreck your ecosystem with cards representing real-world problems. On top of the learning experience (how food chains work, which big and small creatures we should value and protect), it really stands out for how sustainably it’s made. Some publishers could learn a thing or two from this!
