Downtime can drag on forever. If you all play fast, it’s fine, but with overthinkers, you’re easily stuck for four hours or more. The game doesn’t win enough to justify that.

Oh, I’ve gotta step in for this game: I’ve played it multiple times with three people, and I’d almost say that’s the sweet spot for me. Granted, if you’ve got absolute overthinkers, it can drag on—but that’s the case in every game ;) (And I have to admit: I also have a blast playing Grand Austria Hotel with 3, and some people already think that’s too much!)

Really good, still makes it to our table all the time, but as I’ve said before, best with two players—every extra person just makes it longer. The expansion has also found a permanent spot on our game shelf too.
