World Order is a game that simulates international relations, with players leading one of the four 2010s global superpowers (the United States, China, Russia, and the European Union), competing for dominance through diplomacy, economics, and military strategy. The game combines area majority with deck-building, offering asymmetric strategies unique to each superpower. Born from a successful crowdfunding campaign that raised over €2,000,000 from more than 13,000 backers across Kickstarter and Gamefound, World Order makes its first appearance at SPIEL Essen, where visitors will have the chance to discover and purchase the game.

Company Description (English): Hegemonic Project Games is a board game publisher specializing in strategy games with academic background, that merge deep, engaging gameplay with international relations, real-world political science and economics. Our flagship title, Hegemony: Lead Your Class to Victory, was developed in collaboration with academics and lets 2–4 players simulate the politics of a modern nation, stepping into the shoes of the Working Class, Middle Class, Capitalist Class, or the State. Hegemony has won multiple awards, including three Golden Geek Awards and Best Strategy/Euro Game honours. Expanding on Hegemony's world, we are currently developing Shadows of Authority, a new expansion exploring freedom of speech, law enforcement, and environmental policy, adding fresh layers of political tension and strategic depth to the base game. Building on this vision, we expanded to the global stage with World Order, an area-majority and deck-building game simulating modern geopolitics. Set in a near-future world where the balance of power is shifting between the United States, China, Russia, and the European Union, 2–4 players lead a global superpower to achieve global hegemony. World Order was brought to life by over 13,000 backers, raising more than €2,000,000 across Kickstarter and Gamefound, proving the strong appetite for deep, meaningful strategy games. At Hegemonic Project Games, we believe in the power of playful learning. Our mission is to fuse fun with meaningful content, helping players explore complex socio-economic and geopolitical systems and gain a deeper understanding of the world, one game at a time.
