The Void is a story-rich competitive game set in a future controlled by mega-corporations. It tells the story of four crew members assigned to a beacon retrieval mission. But empty space is not always what it seems. Play as the Commander, the Mechanic, the Pilot, or the Data Analyst. Every Living Stories game can be played in two ways: Action Mode Jump straight into the action. Randomized Crisis and Aftermath cards create a different story each time you play. Playing time: About 45 minutes Cinema Mode Each Living Stories title includes a special experience: a curated storyline presented through a deck of cinematic scenes. Think of it as the movie version of the game. An extra treat to enjoy with friends or on your own. Playing time: About 2 hours The Void is the third title in the Living Stories series.
Plotmaker Games
SHARE THE STORY We craft board games that tell stories — designed with heart, built for great play and good times. Immersive Worlds Every world we make, no matter how fantastic, is built on its own inner logic. It has to feel real enough to step into. And at the heart of it are the characters — people you want to become, whose choices you care about, whose journeys you want to follow. Elegant Rules Our years designing games for non-gamers taught us a simple truth: less is more. We cut away until the rules feel inevitable, in harmony with the story they’re here to serve. Nothing extra. Nothing missing. Shared Play A Plotmaker game is never just about you and your pieces. It’s about the table. We make games that spark conversation, laughter, and tension — moments that pull people closer. Even in competition, the joy is in what you give each other, not what you take.
