The game we've played the most in the last few months! It's fast-paced, exciting, and confrontational—just plain fun. We're tasked by the city council to draft a plan for building an entire city district from scratch. Each time, we play in one of 8 different cities, each with unique scoring conditions we want to meet before our opponents do. This time, we picked Rio de Janeiro. Following classic worker placement rules, each player takes turns placing 1 of their workers to grab what they need and build it right away—until all 4 workers are placed. Every round, you can only take exactly 1 construction site, 1 group of building parts, 1 group of special tiles, and 1 contract card. Of course, you’ve gotta snag what you need before the others do.
