Last Lemming

Brand new and coming out Friday as a wind-down for 6 players at the table. A trick-taking game where each of the 4 rounds has its own rules. But in one or two different ways, you move forward on the point track each time. Out of the 12 cards you get, you can ditch 4, and the other 8 tricks are played—pretty standard so far. At the end, you just want to be as far ahead as possible on the track to score the most points. But since it’s about lemmings, the track is actually a cliff, and if you rack up too many points, you fall off the back (and start over from the front). Along the way, there are also a few holes you can fall into. Or get pushed—because if a lemming moves forward or backward onto a point space where another lemming is already standing, that lemming gets shoved. Or the whole line they’re in. Chaos and schadenfreude win out over planning here.
