My Gold Mine
Greedy Dwarves get roasted…
🇩🇪 Original in German
Played a round again today and we had a ton of fun. Really a great game that's exciting despite simple rules and delivers plenty of schadenfreude. I ended up as dragon food, but at least I won't freeze anymore 😉

A little schadenfreude never hurts 😈

Schadenfreude because you shoved something into the others or because they had bad luck? How much is it against each other?

Sort of, sort of—anyone who gets too greedy and takes too high a risk gets snatched by the dragon = they're out. That's on you, and at the same time the others are happy, because the goal is to collect the most gold nuggets in one run. With the safe exit cards, you move yourself and sometimes others back too. Sometimes it can even happen "by accident" that another player gets "rescued" and is then out of the game. The person keeps all their nuggets but can't collect any new ones either.

Ah ok. But that works. From what age?

from age 7, I just added it to the collection, I haven't nearly captured everything yet :)

We keep playing it over and over. It's really quick to set up and always exciting. And of course you always end up overbetting and getting grilled. 😂
