Queen Alice

What a great first game! Visually stunning, but also a bit overwhelming. The playtime isn’t actually that long compared to other games of similar weight. Choosing actions via chess pieces is really fun, though overall the pieces became less important to us as the game went on (even when half of them had been captured or taken out). There’s a bit too little interaction for my taste. Definitely need to play this again soon!
