Sagrada

Nifty little puzzle with pretty colorful glass cubes: everyone designs their church window in the Sagrada Familia (very pretty player board with handy little slots for the cubes) based on individual pattern cards with some color and shading (pips) requirements. The pattern cards (different each game) have fun names like Symphony of Light, Esperança, or Sol. We use tools like the glass circle cutter or the lead runner (different each game) to bypass certain placement rules and try to complete individual and general objectives (different each game) as best we can. I really enjoy using the available cubes and tools to create my high-scoring… uh… gorgeous church window. Only handling the cubes is a bit fiddly for my big ol’ carpenter hands, even with the double-layer board.
