How much of the "Original" do you think is in the spin-off? Some call it a watered-down version, but for me it's already a standalone game. Do you see it the same way?

We always play it with our kids. Everyone has fun filling up the zoo. I'd even see it as its own game. I've also played it solo a few times. There are extra challenges you can download and print.

I don't usually go for those "Light" versions of big games, but Artengarten actually turned out really well and stands on its own enough that it's fun in its own way, plus its accessibility brings in a whole different crowd.

Hat worked out. But I switched back to the Big One again. The pulled tiles had a pretty good luck portion in them, just like in the original.

Eigenständiges Spiel ist es schon. And not bad either. But it's not *that* much shorter than the original, so I'd rather go back to that one. The big one just gives me more fun!

I've only played Arche Nova once and thought it was pretty nice. But even with three players, it's quite long. Is Artengarten shorter?

Bin very excited, it's still on the list, but just for solo puzzle and maybe even 2 players it sounds really good
